| Reflections: Eglė, Lithuania Ash in the sky and IPTA in London We were very lucky to have possibility to come to London one day before… In the middle of the next day we get message that out Irish colleagues can not come because of the ash in the sky! Volcano in Island had erupted and caused so many changes in the people’s lives. | |
| Reflections, Helen, Ireland The project started in Plymouth with a week’s workshop led by Playback’s founder, Jonathan Fox. Spending a week focussing on working with minority communities and cross-culturally was hugely helpful in framing the upcoming work with Lithuanian audiences in Ireland and England. | |
| Reflections: Amanda and Alison, England Participants from Lithuania, Ireland and UK first met at ‘Encounters at the Crossroads’ training where we exchanged ideas and began working together on this project. It was inspiring to meet new people from different countries to work with. | |
| Participants about the project “I live here and I know many Lithuanians in Ireland and Monaghan itself. They came into this town in the very beginning of the Lithuanian independence time for work. We accepted them I think quite easy as they are really warm and friendly people. | |
